Custom and Made-to-Order Products
- No Returns or Exchanges: Custom items—including Wedding Garland Preservation blocks, customized family photo frames, nameplates, and personalized anime paintings—cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun. These are permanently tailored to your unique memories.
Original Paintings & Ready-to-Ship Wall Decor
- We want you to absolutely love the colors in your home space. If you are unsatisfied with a ready-made canvas painting or wall decor item, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: The artwork must be entirely unused, unaltered, and packed securely in its original original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The cost of secure return shipping and transit responsibility lies with the buyer. Once the artwork is received back at our studio in perfect, undamaged condition, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (minus a 5% payment gateway processing fee).
