  • Delivery Timeline: Our courier partners will deliver your products within 5-7 working days. Please note that while efforts are made to deliver before the estimated date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Return, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

At Steezy Glossy, we strive for your satisfaction. Please note:

  • No Return/Exchange on Custom Work: Custom-made items are final sale. However, if there are any issues, please reach out, and we can work on them.
  • Return/Exchange: We do not accept returns for glass materials; however, exchanges are permitted. To request an exchange, you must provide a clear video showing the item in its box before opening, as we will only accept requests accompanied by this video. The exchange request must be made within 7 days, and all items must remain in their original packaging and condition. If you receive a damaged product, you must return it to our address at your own delivery cost. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
